We are always striving to improve our customer’s experience
here at BJ’s Bingo. One of our recent ideas has been to look at a new program
called Hedge that could replace the program in the players units.
After much research and testing we decided to invite 50
players to play a special Hedge testing session and let us know what they
thought of the new graphics and how it played. We asked them to fill out a
quick questionnaire after the short session. We had 16 players who found that
there were playing issues for them with the new system, and 34 players really
loved it.
Our 50 invitees for the most part, enjoyed playing on the
new screens, but did not appreciate the new “Vegas Style” calling method that the
system worked with. We have now found another way to give them the great
graphics, and by removing the ball being called from the players screen we
could continue to call the way we always have. We are waiting now to make sure
that every issue is resolved perfectly and will continue to test before we can
determine if it is in the player’s best interest to make the change.
Until next time, follow the
rainbow to BJ’s!
Yours Truly,
BJ’s Blogger
